PACKING AND SHIPPING/NOW SHIPPING ON WEDNESDAYS ONLY

1. All animals are carefully placed in 2 ml. plastic bags (double bagged) with heat or cool packs depending on weather conditions, and placed inside polystyrene insulated containers with cardboard shipping boxes providing excellent thermal insulation and breakage protection.


2. Orders are packed as late in the day as possible to insure your package endures the shortest transit time possible.


3. There is a $50.00 minimum order, payment by Visa or MasterCard over the phone, and PayPal are all accepted.


4. A $5.00 packing charge will be added to your order, covering items such as styrofoam container, cardboard box, packing tape, bags, rubber bands, heat and cold packs.


5. We ship DHL or FedEx standard overnight MONDAY thru THURSDAY (SEE LIVEROCK EXCEPTION) only in the continental U.S.


6. Standard overnight shipping arrives by 3:00 P.M. next day to most areas, at 4:30 P.M. to some rural areas or you can request priority overnight shipping which arrives by 10:30 A.M.


7. We dont require a signature upon delivery so the package will be left at your door if no one is home. If you dont think you will be home for delivery the Hold at DHL or Fedex location service is the best option, with Hold at FedEx location services packages can be picked up as early as 9:00 A.M. depending on your location.


8. Shipping charges are $15.00 inside Florida (excluding parts of the panhandle), anywhere else in the continental U.S. the shipping charge is $45.00. After you place your order you will receive a conformation that we have received it & are reviewing it and will contact you within 48 hrs. for shipping date and method of payment also for any info on out of stock items, subsitutions or any other important details. You may also contact us with any questions or special requests you might have.


9. The day your order ships you will receive an e-mail containing your package information and DHL or FedEx tracking number so you can make arrangements to accept delivery or pick up your package at an authorized DHL or FedEx location.
