• We guarantee all livestock, with our live arrival guarantee.


• You or someone should be available to accept your package when it arrives, we can track it to see when it was delivered but having it left at your door in times of extreme heat or cold will void the live arrival guarantee.


• Please notify us of any DOA's within two hours of the arrival of your package. These items will automatically be credited to your next order.


• Your water parameters must be in good range, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, nitrate<10, temp 78-82, specific gravity 1.023 to 1.026, Ph 8.0 to 8.35.
